[HAPI-devel] Version 3.0 Support

Hi,

    I am trying to estimate the amount of effort required to migrate to
HL7 v3.0.  As part of tooling, a question I have is about HAPI - are
there plans for developing HL7 v3.0 messaging with HAPI? If you can
share any such plans, that would help me greatly.
