#8 Hover Event

That would be nicer to have hover event when user hovers mouse on ticks, it should work as selection event.

Implemented! Now it's possible to define mouse over event for both entire chart and series. It will be available 1.2 release.

I will add it to a showcase or maybe even add a completely new one
(showcasing JavaScript hooks).
