Well, we already have EHCache and OSCache - is there any good reason why we need also this?

Description:
A simple LRU memory cache backed on Java1.4 LinkedHashmap, with a maxSize & timeout configured via a properties file.

I have the CacheProvider and Cache (And testcases ofcourse) How do I attach them?  Please contact dav...@ya... for them!
