Description:
DB2 allows you to set the isolation level for each select statement, and depending on environment can by default lock a page for every SELECT issued.  Adding "with ur" to each SELECT statement allows an uncommitted read, increasing speed and decreasing the chances of database locks.

This patch adds a dialect feature which allows you to add the isolation level to the end of each SELECT generated by hibernate.
