Description:
http://hibernate.sourceforge.net/hibernate-mapping-2.0.dtd begins with <?xml version='1.0' encoding='utf-8'?>.  This should not be in a dtd and causes IE and WebSphere Studio 5.0 to choke on it.

WebSphere Studio cannot validate hbm.xml files with DOCTYP refering to http://hibernate.sourceforge.net/hibernate-mapping-2.0.dtd.
