[Hibernate] custom identifier class

hi,

how can one use an alternative class for primary keys (eg. MyPrimaryKey
instead of a string)? I tried using a UserType for this purpose, but
reflection fails with an IllegalArgumentException in
AbstractEntityPersiser.setIdentifier.
