Please try test3.zip instead, if you have Microsoft SQL Server.  The createTables.sql in test2.zip contained references to tables it didn't create (for which I apologized).  I corrected this problem in subsequent attachments, although they remain specific to SQL Server.

OK; I'll do that, and attach the portable test data here when I've done (tomorrow, probably).
