Description:
I wrote an example for ordered lists with the index column managed by hibernate.  I had some problems figuring out the details and had to ask for help on the forum, hopefully this example in the collections mapping section of the docs will alleviate some confusion.

The patch file is against the XML source file for the collections mapping chapter.
