[Hibernate] Whats going on with XDoclet

I have been in contact with the XDoclet team and they are very happy to take
ownership of the Hibernate XDoclet stuff. This should help make sure that
the Hibernate module keeps working as their APIs change. I'd just like to
check that thats okay with Sebastien....
