[Hibernate-devel] outline class diagram

I did a rough class diagram showing the main Hibernate implementation
classes. Spent ages trying to do it in ArgoUML, but its just too bugy/leaky
to be usable at this stage. Anyways, I'm sceptical about the value of
graphical techniques, but this might help demistify the important
relationships a little:
