[Hibernate-devel] Progress Dialect

Attached is a dialect to support the Progress RDBMS v9.1C.  This has 
been tested against Friday's (22nd) CVS and passed all tests.

The connection URL requires a workaround key to resolve an issue in the 
JDBC driver.  The details are in the Javadoc comments.
