[Hibernate] call for help:hibernate update with dirty data

hi all~
I meet a problem in my project as follow:
update.jsp 
    i update an item in the database in this page, and exactly it did --- as i found the updated data in the database.
query.jsp
   in this page i used Criteria to query all the items, and it worked.
but some time the result was wrong --- appeared with the pre-un-updated data.
and some time the result was right --- appeared with the updated data.

i can't found the exactly way to fix this problem , can anyone tell me the why??
