CGLIBLazyInitializer.patch4 is using the invocationHandler interface.  

Juozas, thank you for advising me on this change.  

I need to cache the generated factory classes still.

Please review this new patch (especially  "invoke(final Object proxy, final Method method, final Object[] args)").
