Done.  For databases not supporting row value constructor syntax, the AST is actually mutated such that:

(FIRST_NAME, LAST_NAME) = ('Steve', 'Ebersole')

actually becomes:

FIRST_NAME = 'Steve' AND LAST_NAME = 'Ebersole'
