Now I remember why this is not supported (yet).

For single-column joins we have {col_alias.element} which will be replaced with the join alias.
The issue occurs when you have multiple column, now there is no real alias name to use since
we need multiple names.

I suggest that we allow something like:
{col_alias.element[0]}
{col_alias.element[1]}

or 

{col_alias.element.0}
{col_alias.element.1}
