[Hibernate] ejb3configuration support in ant tools

A FAQ has now been implemented.

meaning ejb3 autodiscovery is now possible to use with the ant tools.
(will probably only add it to the eclipse ui once I can get a bit more
control over when the sessionfactory is actually created)
