if i want to initialize Hibernate, its stop
with the error :
"Could not find a getter for fZip in class de.hsofttec.avs.model.database.hbm.AvsZscaleEntry"
the hbm.xml looks like :

<column length="6" name="f_zip" not-null="false" sql-type="char(6)"/>
</property>
