I'll look at other issues after JPA work is complete.  The hope is to
release the final 3.2.0 CR after that work is complete.  So I would
expect anything else to be bundled into 3.2 point releases.  The DTD
thing is an obvious typo and is trivial to fix, so I'll correct that.

Is there a procedure for having 3.1.x issues moved to 3.2? Two tickets=20
from the 3.1.2/3.1.3 days, in particular, that I've been watching for=20
months still haven't been assigned. If there's anything I need to do to=20
have them apply to the 3.2 branch (more than adding a comment such as=20
cloning), please let me know.

Specifically they are:

which outlines a fairly large problem with session.merge() while using=20
versions. Test case included.

http://opensource.atlassian.com/projects/hibernate/browse/HHH-1507
which points to a simple typo in hibernate-mapping-3.0.dtd, that forces=20
us to patch every release.

[Hibernate] Contributing to Hibernate project

Hi,
I would like to contribute to the hibernate project as a developer. I have 
used hibernate in our last project and have a little bit of idea about it.

Any pointers to from where i should begin ?
