Fix a bug when importing tracks and remember the favorite flag that have been set in the app.

Allow to mark tracks as favorite and display this information in the drop down view. Add a new setting to display only favorite tracks.

Extend the sub-class of the array adapter and add a helper class for Android specific methods.

Activate/deactivate driver only by checkbox and allow to edit the driver's weight in the driver list.

Restrict number and weight of loads that int data type cannot be exceeded. Fix size of the color view as the width has size 0 otherwise (instead of matching the parent).
