#68 Provide a command to keep macros in storage

We need a command to preload/keep macros to be kept in storage, track how much
they are used and be able to drop them from storage. Similar to EXECLOAD on
VM. Perhaps something like:

MACROLOAD c:\mythestuff\profile.the;smart_enter.the;pfkeys.the
MACROLOAD PUSH c:\his_stuff\smarter_enter.the AS smart_enter.the
MACROLOAD C:\the\extras*.the
MACROLOAD *
MACROLOAD LIST c:\george\george_macros.txt
MACRODROP {see above}
