#311 Assertion Errors and Abends

THE 4.0 the-guiw.exe (but other flavors as well) when running some macros i get a C++ Assertion Error or 2 or more. This only happens on some macros. However, all these macros run without any error under THE 3.3RC1. This is on Windows 10 2009-22H2 64-bit running REXX-Regina_3.9.5(MT) 5.00 25 Jun 2022 64-bit.
Also some macros abend THE 4.0 when the rexx statement "Parse Source xxx" is near the beginning of the macro. THE will just die with no messages other than the screenshot included in attachments. Oddly
this problem can be fixed by just moving this statement to somewhere else in the macro. This error also
occurred with THE 3.3RC1 and the previous version of Regina. See attachments.
