#55 no Firewire => hard compilation

As I haven't got firewire, many compilation problems occured
(everything about 1394 devices).
So I have modified the source code to enclose in #ifdef
HAVE_FIREWIRE / #endif everything concerning this device.
I'd like to share this with the world, but I am not a diff/patch guru. So
what should I do to submit a patch?
By the way, this is about cinelerra 1.2.0
