#31 Possible funding for Cinelerra enhancements

My company might be interested in funding the
development of a couple of enhancements to Cinelerra.
Of course the resulting enhancements would be
contributed back to the open source project. The
enhancements we are seeking are:

1) The ability to script Cinelerra sessions so they can
run unattended and headless. This feature would be
used in a Linux-based appliance to perform certain
transformations to MPEG-2 video streams.

2) The ability to process a MPEG transport stream
containing MPEG-2 video and AC3 audio, apply certain
transformations to the video, and write out a MPEG file
containing the audio and video, properly synchronized.
Ideally this would be a transport stream file, but a
program stream might be acceptable.

Depending on the amount of effort / cost involved we
might choose to fund only a portion of this.
