#43 "Render entire project" option

Currently, if the insertion point is not positioned at
the beginning of the project, rendering begins from the
insertion point rather than from the beginning. While
that's a nifty feature, I forgot to position the
insertion point at the beginning several times, and
only realized my mistake a long time later (it's an
expensive mistake).

My suggestion: include in the render dialog the option
"Render entire project"; if not checked, rendering
begins at the insertion point as it does now.
