These things things will be made available, in the priority folks want
them, All the views not directly related to the document are floatable,
dockable. They will remember their settings between closing and opening
and, they will save when the program exits, load when the program starts,
and will be saveable on demand.
I'm currently working on the Splashscreen but that´s really sugar in top.
The connection between one MailDetailView (To, From Subject, Attachments)
and multiple documents, are almost there., Right now it's a CRichEditView
but, it could easily be a CHTLMView.. I'm not sure what will work best.
Time will tell.
The properties are already persistent. I stopped here, as a proof
-of-concept this should be enough. These settings are available from
everywhere within the program.
I have the entire File menu from Eudora ready to plug into the nre program.
Whether we should use 16x16 ro 64x64 bit buttins will be configurabnle as
well.
What I´m. working on now is mostly "under-the-hood-" stuff.
What I'm doing is making a dumb GUI shell. The hard code is mostly found in
the old Eudora code. (We will avoid the stuff that costs money, but even
so, with stdafx. precompiled headers already prepared for Windows Sockets
API it should be a breeze.

When I upload this to a repository anyone can go to work on it. It's mostly
just filling out empty commands. How far we can use the old Eudora code I'm
not certain but I haven't even shown you the Simple MAPI built-in program
(which resembles Outlook in every detail. It even found all my gmail
addresses!). But sending an email, once I've established the "one
maildetaqilview" -> Several documents mails, it should be a breeze.
The inherit strength is that all data is CComVariants. As such we should be
able to share data with any COM or OLE automated client.or server prodding
us.

This we get for free. This is the reason I wanted to be able to interface

I say this with a blink in my eye because of course we cant. But it's
there....

2 questions....
1)is there a way I can create a topic?
2)is there anyway I can sort a topic to display the most recent post first?
TIA
