#11 Apache/PHP displaying helpmeict wrong

Displays ugly when run on a redhat 7.3 server.
More specifically: None of the colours appear, nor do
any of the table borders. The tables seem to appear in
random places. Some sections are missing, such as the
title at the top of the page telling the user where
they're logged in.

What are the minimum apache/php version requirements?
Any special settings required?

I've been able to get it running fine on a 9.0 box but
it just died and need to use it on my 7.3 machine.

My Apache version: 2.0.40
PHP: 4.2.2

Any help would GREATLY be appreciated.
