I have a couple of last items from my last email that should be done
then we should probably roll a rc1 tarball. I would like to get some
feed back from my changes that are now in CVS.

I would like to call the CVS trunk v1.0 feature frozen at this point. I
only plan on fixing the non-working files and adding in my install script.
