Ok I have made the CVS trunk functional again. Please pull a couple
current versions of the trunk and test. Sorry for the delay family
issues kept me busy the last couple of weeks.

Items fixed:
1. Remake DB-PostgreSQL.sql and DB-MySQL.sql scripts to be version 1.0
ready.
2. New update script. Can go from 0.9 or 0.9.9 to 1.0.
3. Changed script version to 1.0 in all files.
4. Added back in Work Timer that was removed from the trunk before I
started with the log change of "minor". Doesn't seem to minor to me. :)

Items left before 1.0rc1

1. Fix/Cleanup search.php
2. Fix/Cleanup news.php and frontpagepara.php and index.php.
3. Finalize and create install script.
4. Cleanup project Traker to be ready for rc1 bug reports and 1.1 RFE's.
5. Possible CSS fixes from Matthew Miller.
6. Roll and announce 1.0rc1.

A FYI:

It seems to me we got lucky with the 0.9.9 release. Because of a bug in
the released 0.9.9 sql create script for Postgresql the upgrade script
will only update existing 0.9.9 databases that have the 0.9.9 released
version of the upgrade.php run on them.

This was caused to to a fluke someone left the database version in
system_preferences of the release 0.9.9 sql files at 0.9.3. This caused
the database to get the proper items after running the upgrade.php with
some non-fatal errors. Although the install script itself failed on
creating the proper tbl_wrktimer table due to syntax errors in the sql
script. I have fixed this in version 1.0 of the sql scirpts.
