[Helpmeict-discuss] E-Mail functionality

Hello again.

Is everyone happy with the system's apparent use of the mail() function?

I ask because I've never set that up on my system. I use phpMailer
instead (http://phpmailer.codeworxtech.com/ ). It also allows sending
via the host's methods, but can connect via SMTP directly. I use this
latter ability in my other projects since it's self-contained.

So would anyone have a problem with switching to phpMailer? (I could of
course make the change.)
