I have few things that i have seen in your demo :

First it would be good that a client could not see
tickets from other people. He can see them through the
search engine.

It would be good to have some preferences like, in "My
Issues" to ordre always by date and not by critical
flag for one user, or to see when you log all the
tickets open by/for this user.

It could be nice that the client could not be able to
see the knowledge base.

Perhaps you could add a contact list base so that we
should not always add the contact by hand, phone nb and
other informations.

I say you that cause i really like your soft and i will
see how does it will come.
