Since no two school districts will ever be exactly alike,
for some the work orders may have "extras" they don't
need. Providing something in the interface setup that
allows the work order system to be customized would
align Helpdesk to the needs of more users.

For example, check boxes that turn off the Priority or
Time until Completion or any of the other items in the
work order that aren't required 100%. Since its really
not good practice to just REMOVE the field (similar to
the "deleting a user" issue), the check box would only
HIDE the information in all views. For situations where
the item is a required field (although this could also be a
customizing part of the interface) you could point it at a
default setting and then HIDE.

Anyone want to expand on this one? I put for version
1.1 because I wasn't sure how difficult implementation
would be and considering how bad I want .9 with better
reporting, I can wait for this one :)
