#64 Domain problem since upgrade to v1.0r1 from v0.9

I have just done a test upgrade on my v0.9 helpmeict system. To do this I:

* migrated the database to a new server, installed v0.9 s/w to test all seemed fine.
* installed v1.0r1 s/w and went to login and the automatic update occurred.

* Jump to shows 3 domains now instead of 2. New domain is one which did exist previously but had been deleted.

Logging in as root, jump to does not list the errant domain neither does domains.php.
