    Generally almos everywhere. I missed it in the field editor for strings/memos (F2),
    in the integer fiels, in the field where you can enter a filter condition on
    the "Data" register. Ctrl-A works just in the query editor of the "Data" and
    the "Query" register.

    The field editor *window* needs it. If you started to write or replace something or
    you've copied some text into it and then you decided to delete evything, usually you
    press Ctrl-A and DEL and you are finished.
