I want to establish two connections with two databases over MysqlSshTunnel.
But when we try to connect with second one HeidiSQL shows first db.

Do you use the latest build of HeidiSQL? I had implemented an automatic port selector for SSH tunneled connections, when the selected port is in use. I just can't recall the right commit number and date when I did that.
