#1243 Importing utf8 data (Korean, Chinese text etc) imports incorrectly

I'm using [r2467].

What is the problem that needs to be solved (required)?

- When importing text from an SQL file, foreign characters in utf8 are
inserted incorrectly

What is the idea in abstract terms (optional)?

- Importing utf8 data with valid text

Example workflow using the new feature (optional)?

- Import->Load SQL file->Select File->import UTF8 data

What is a practical way to implement this idea (optional)?

(confirmed using another Windows SQL tool)

Based on your comments, it could just as easily be the other tool you're using that
is defect.

Please attach a proper test case in the form of a failing SQL file.
