Windows 2003, HM 3.0 Beta

Issue:
I get a "failed to start service.." event log error when the
machine is rebooted. I think this might be because of a
dependency on another service.

Workaround:
I edited the registry to make HealthMonitor depend on
the NetMan service and no longer get the error.

Note: I don't know what the dependency is. I only picked the
NetMan service because it is one of the last services to start
    on this machine.

It could be a dependency on Windows Management
Instrumentation Service, can you test it and let me know ?

Hi there! I had the same problem, and included WMI as a
dependency of HealthMonitor (v 3.0) and it seems to be
    working just fine.

Really thanks for bugs reporting, I fixed it and updated the
    source on CVS.
The patched version will be released with version 3.1 soon.
