#53 HM service doesn´t start after update

On working HM2.1 i try to install HM3.0beta. The
installation routine looks fine (setting windows also
appear). But the service is still 'starting' and didn´t
become ready.
After reboot all looks fine.

    Please check the C:\Program Files\Healthmonitor\log.txt file
    and give me more info about OS version
