#71 typos in the code and man page

While packaging the hdparm for Debian, the lintian ( Debian package checker ) has detected a number of typos:
Removeable -> Removable
./hdparm.c: " HdSw>15uSec", " SpinMotCtl", " Fixed", " Removeable",
