The URL indicated in the HBA API license agreement
file
hbaapi/hbaapi/license.htm seems to no longer be correct. It
is:

http://www.snia.org/English/Resources/Code/OpenSource.html

I
expect that a SNIA site redesign misplaced the document. I
searched the site for it, but did not find it

anywhere.
