This will describe in full how the addon works:

Installation:
Unzip the files into the Haxima data directory (where all the .scm files are). It will ask you to overwrite the existing files; this is alright, but you may want to make backups first.

Starting out:
You get a first-circle spellbook with the rest of your equipment. U)se it to apply the first circle. Now, every time you C)ast a spell successfully (and you have the proper circle), that spell will be added to your spellbook--all the information on the runes, reagents, and where you can cast it; as well as what it does. You can view the spellbook by looking at your Z)tats; the spellbook is right next to the quest log.

Progressing:
The first circle is enough for starters, but pretty soon you're hungering for more circles. Is there a way to obtain them? Yes, indeed there is.
The other spellbooks are scattered across the Shard. It would be most fun to explore and find them for yourself, but they are listed below for the less adventurous.

1. In the chest at Moongate Clearing, with the rest of your starting equipment

2. In a chest, in Glasdrin's prisons

3. In the basements of Ilya's old farm, where you find Puska.

4. Hidden on a shelf in the second floor of the Enchanter's Tower

5. In a chest, in the underbelly of the Merciful Death

6. In the Altar Room, in the depths of Kurpolis

7. In Brundegardt, in the chest guarded by force field and 'gargoyle'

8. In the Broken Sanctuary, in the labyrinth of the Lost Halls
