the /q command is supposed to quit and not save from
the description editor, instead, it has the same function
as /w does in the editor. It saves the description.
Also, the desc is saved when you disconnect while editting,
which is a way around the bug that crashes the mud when /w
or /q is used in the edittor brought on by the 'edit'
commands that call for it.
