We live in XXI century. Each day we see new car models on the roads, we observe how the architecture evolves, even how people dress. Everything changes as the human mind changes, and new ways to do the things arise in the horizon.

To create new frameworks is not a way to say that the other ones are bad or that they don't have any merit by their own. They have their space. New frameworks are developed because there are new things to say and new ideas to explore, being new options in the human history.
