#2 sys.stdout has no flush method

Flush method is undefined in HeStdOut.

This happens in an auto-generated code from
cherrypy.

sys.stdout.flush()

AttributeError: HeStdOut instance has no
attribute 'flush'

The Python docs say:

"flush() - Flush the internal buffer, like stdio's
fflush(). This may be a no-op on some file-like
objects"

However they also say:

"stdout and stderr needn't be built-in file
objects: any object is acceptable as long as it
has a write() method that takes a string
argument."
