[Hamlib-developer] Elektor SDR with USB

Dear Hamlib-Developers,

in May 2007 ELEKTOR published my simple SDR-RX with USB
(http://www.elektor.de/sdr). I made my own little tuning software in
Delphi. Now the Hamlib solution would be great especially to directly
use DREAM. I tried to study the code for the older DRM kit from Elektor.
Problem ist that I´m not a c-developer and I don´t understand much of
it. 

So I´d like to ask if you could transform my delphi code into the
necessary c-code? I there anything I can do to help? For example I could
send you a rady assembled receiver.  

Would really be great
