  G90: fix ATT, radio ID, AGC map, civaddr, and split get.

Stock G90 CAT quirks on the DispUnit User jack: ATT state-echo ACK,
0x1D/0x19 get_info probe, AGC OFF/Fast/Slow/Auto (no Medium), default
CI-V 0x88, and wire get_split_vfo. Backend .11 → .12.
