Started going through the logs, and the first problem I see is that both rigs are returning a command reject status when Hamlib tries to set the internal antenna tuner to TUNE (0x1c 01 02). Looks like things go downhill from there, with Hamlib and the rig getting out of sync between commands and responses. So first things first; can you run the tuner from the front panel?
