I have tried every “fix” on the Internet. My 7300 original was working fine. Upgraded to the MK2 using the MK2 profile in WSJTX and no joy. Sometimes I can transmit on 40m but everything else is dead. No tone when transmitting or tuning. I’ve reinstalled and uninstalled my USB drivers a million times. Tried the old 7300 profile and CI-V address (94h) but no joy. I’ve installed a choke on my EFHW antenna and got some amazing SWR numbers after doing so and a cleaner signal. I have ferrite beads (multiple) on every cable in my office in case it was related to RFI. I have ordered a new USB cable from Amazon that should be here tomorrow. I’ve shut down to minimal power and still get the same errors. All the errors I get are related to hamlib. I’d appreciate any help correcting it but also wanted to pass it on to you so you can maybe help others in a similar situation. I hope the logs help. My system: MacOS Sequoia 15.7.7 on the Intel platform Icom 7300-MK2 Hamlib 4.7.1 WSJTX 3.0.1 Using older versions of WSJTX with the 7300 original profile and CI-V address 94h does not work either. Thank you for your time and software! Tess |
