[Hamlib-developer] 4.7.2 prep, Hamlib-4.7 branch is frozen

After additional discussion, GitHub PR 2078 will not be included in
4.7.2 but will be merged after this release.  At this time Hamlib-4.7
branch is frozen until testing turns up a needed fix.  I ask that those
that can test on platforms other than Debian, Arch or MinGW on Debian (I
do those) to please do so.  My plan is to release this coming weekend
should all go well.
