[Hamlib-developer] add new radio

Hello,

I apologize if this is the wrong place to ask ...

I recently acquired an ATS Mini (https://atsmini.github.io/) and I would
like to be able to control it with rigctl.

However it does not seem to be supported, so my question is: since it
seems to be using an unusual control protocol
(https://esp32-si4732.github.io/ats-mini/remote.html) does that mean it
will need a new backend added too?
