[Hamlib-developer] configure is missing in CVS

Like the subject said there is no configure script in CVS.

Normaly when there is no configure I just do a "make -f Makefile.cvs" But this 
also fails (No rule to make target `Makefile.cvs'.)

Any Suggestions? Can I just copy configure from the tarball?
